Academic Excellence
We seek those who have proficiency not only in a specific subject but consider themselves called and gifted to teach. TKA seeks educators of the whole person rather than just technicians, but we do look for teachers who will inspire our students to achieve excellence in academics.
Servant Leadership
We seek those who understand the big picture of ministry and how God has called us to lead a servant lifestyle. We walk this out as a school in a variety of different avenues and encourage our staff to live this out by investing in our community and the lives of our students.
Spiritual Formation
Spiritual formation, both among students and staff is an integral part of our ministry. We seek those with a personal, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ exhibited through the fruit of the Spirit and a commitment to live a biblical lifestyle.
