Electrical
Install outlets in front of Rooms 9, 8, 7, 4
Install outlets for computers in Room 8
Install outlets in kindergarten (west and north walls)
Install additional phone outlet in teacher’s lounge
Replace bulbs in mechanical rooms
Hang network cable in Library
Strap down cables in 5th/6th grade
Replace Ballists

Plumbing/Heating
Install ducts and ductwork in hallway (from kindergarten furnace)

Attach loose wire in room 5 (thermostat wire)
Remove excess plumbing from back boiler room
Install bathroom and kitchen water heaters

Painting
Paint ductwork and walls/ceilings in rooms 11, 12
Paint room numbers for Rooms 11, 12
Re-paint room doors
Paint elementary boy’s bathrooms
Complete outside painting on south and west sides of building
Re-paint yellow curbs and parking lines
Paint south outside wall soffit and fascia.
Stain playground play set.
Paint Kitchen Floor and Walls
Paint gym floor in weight area

Roof Work
Repair roof over Rooms 3, 4.
Repair roof drains over dining room
Repair roof leak along far east-side of gym
Repair roof along north wall of dining room
Patch around all furnace flues

General Maintenance Work
Fix lock on room 7 (something wrong with the tumblers, difficult to lock)
Attach lockers to wall
Install covers for old wall vents on outside of building (below classroom windows)
Replace doors on back entrance
Fix hole in floor of room 8
Caulk open mortar joints that might allow water to leak in building
Fill gaps in outside walls
Clean, seal, and stripe outside basketball court
Paint outside basketball court poles
Paint backboards and rims on outdoor basketball court.
Spray weeds around school.
Mount wall clock and cage in gym.
Repair exhaust vents in locker rooms
Clean and repair burners in serving line
Install different privacy dividers in boy’s elementary bathroom
Replace plug in roof drain off back entrance
Repair ceilings outside of 3rd/4th grade room, and dining room
Install new door knobs (6 on order)
Replace broken ceramic tile
Re-glue rubber threshold between dining room and gym
Repair wall hooks in gym
Repair Drywall in Dining Room
Purchase and Hang Blinds
Replace wood on playground equipment
Complete Sound Booth Construction

Technology
Install additional computer in teacher’s lounge.
Install server.
Reset computers in lab with a few different settings
Reset network document storage to work with server

Cleaning
Organize and clean three mechanical rooms
Clean carpets in  rooms 1, 2, 3, 4.
Strip and wax floors in rooms 2,4,5,6,8,9,10,11,12, Dining Room, Gym, and Hallway
