Financial Information
Our budget is dependent upon timely receipt of
promised tuition . Teacher’s paychecks, utilities, and many
other payments are scheduled. Please honor your commitment to
your payment plan or, if a problem arises that affects your
ability to pay, call the Business Office so we may plan
accordingly.
1.
Once you have received your acceptance letter for the school
year, the book fee must be submitted within two weeks. This
reserves your student’s place in his/her grade.
2.
The first tuition payment is due by August 15th and is
non-refundable.
3.
Tuition payments are due on the 15th of each month.
4.
A $10.00 late fee is applied when tuition payments are not
received by the 25th of each month. After the 30th an
additional 1.5% fee will be assessed to the balance of the
account.
5.
A $10.00 service charge will be applied for all returned checks,
regardless of the check amount.
6.
The King's Academy reserves the right to withhold a diploma
and/or transcripts if tuition is not paid in full (or if
arrangements have not been made in the office).
7.
Time away from school due to illness or family vacations is not
deductible from the tuition.
8.
Tuition refunds are limited. For more information, look in the
section on the reverse of this brochure.
9.
When a student is accepted after the start of school, the total
tuition will be pro-rated and divided into monthly payments so
the last payment is due May 15th.
10.
Exceptions to any of the above guidelines will be made through,
and only through the business office.
11.
Pastors receive a 10% discount.
12. Work contracts (on a
limited basis) may be applied for if paying full tuition is a
hardship on the family. These contracts must be applied for and
worked out with the TKA Board in August before the school year
begins.

We
expect all families to seriously consider their obligation to
contribute volunteer time to the school, to help lighten the
load on school staff and improve upon what the school can
offer. Those families who cannot contribute time and/or who
prefer not to help in fundraisers, should consider contributing
funds to make up the difference between their tuition and fees
and the actual cost per student.
Fees are non-refundable.
