Part Time Student Policy for Home School Families:

The part-time, home school* student program of The King's Academy strengthens and enriches the whole student body while giving home school students unique opportunities for developing personal growth, academic excellence, and leadership potential.

How it works:

Home school students may choose classes that meet their academic needs and schedule. Parents are responsible for transportation before and after class. Part-time Elementary Students may join TTH afternoon “Specials”, which include Art, Music and PE. Because our junior and senior high classes are on a block schedule (like college), home school students may attend classes at King’s on the MWF or TTH schedule or take individual classes as needed. The King's Academy will maintain grades for those classes taken at King’s and will provide transcripts for those grades upon request.

Diplomas for Part-time students:

Part-time students are not eligible for a King’s Academy diploma.

Sports:

Home school students are encouraged to play on our many athletic teams. They must be enrolled for at least one class.
